I just placed an order and realized that I was, in the end, teasing myself because I can't use it for another few days and it got me wondering about a few different things.

I started to think back on my past orders and wondered if there was a pattern developing for not only when I ordered, but what I ordered. Am I more likely to pick an insertable toy when I'm getting closer to my period and lingerie when I've just gotten off of it...you know those kinds of things.

Do you think there is any relation to what/when you order and your cycle?

Hmm, I never thought about that before, but I do notice now that last month around my period that I always wanted to order a spare dildo for the harness I am planning on ordering once I have enough points. I'd even added up the cost full price wondering if I could swing it.

Though, for the last month and a half I've only wanted to order one thing, really, I'm just waiting to have the money/points to buy it.

Hmm, I'm not sure, to be honest. I often order around the same time every month, because that's when I'm eligible for a new review toy and I like to bundle my order with that to save on shipping. I most often choose insertable toys, whether vibrating or non-vibrating - I think I'll start paying more attention to what's creeping to the top of my wishlist throughout the month, though, regardless of what I end up ordering in the end. There may very well be a pattern.

I haven't noticed any patterns. Right now I'm interested in building my toy collection, and I usually plan all my orders in advance according to what's the most different from the toys I currently own. For example, I just got the Mimi, and am planning on buying a luxury silicone insertable toy next, because I don't yet own one.

I usually just buy gifts for others, and then throw a whole bunch of toys for myself in the same order. For my FWB's birthday I want to get the Toro, but I know the order will probably comprise of much more than just that. My last order was for my best friend and another FWB, and I also got a few vibes for my own toybox.

I'm not sure about my cycle, but I keep all of my orders with dates and items in a highly detailed spreadsheet (I get bored at work). I usually go through monthly phases of one thing or another. I hadn't ordered any vibrators for a month or so and yesterday I ordered 5 on an 8 piece order. This has got me thinking. Maybe I'll go over my spreadsheet and my menstrual tracker and see what's up with any of it. I order at least once or twice a week.

Interesting answers, I'm interested to see if any of you ladies notice patterns. I've started a spreadsheet of my own. I'll try to check back here in a few months to see what's developed!
