Whoops! For some reason the last line wasn't posted in my question. Yes, I use toys, but I was saying also that I don't want to have actual sex yet, though I do want others to stimulate me, women in particular. I was wondering if anyone has personal expirience or advice about how I would find others interested in similar stimulation. I am still awkward, and don't know how to go about bringing up the subject with women I know or don't really know well. Are there places women can meet sexually, specifically in the VA region? I don't know how/where to start. Sigh....

sorry my post was irrelevant, (it did make me laugh after reading the rest, so it wasn't a total waste of typing) but once again it seems as if your wishes have been fulfilled, Joe has pointed you in the right direction, now it's up to you.

Just because you want to explore your sexuality without penetrative sex doesn't make you any less interesting. More so, in many cases. You just need the confidence and security to set your own rules - including safety.
