I'm an older guy (57) and I started trimming about 20 years ago - then started shaving about 10 years ago. My wife joined me as a shaver about 5 years ago - and now she's been lasered - I love the smooth feel - and she loves the skin-on-skin we get now.

I use a hair cream - Hair Magic- or something like that.

Anyway, it's made for black men with bald heads. It comes in a powder to mix or a cream. It's the easiest thing ever.

i do a close trim, like 1/4", and then shave everything else
