How do you deal with stress?

I have been really stressed lately, and I find myself going back to bad habits. What do you do to deal with stress?? Any advice?? Thanks !!

I've been doing yoga to help with my stress and health. I also go for walks. Hot baths or showers can also help a lot with stress. So can sex and orgasms!

find yourself a hobby, racing dirtbikes did it for me for years. fishing, hunting, driving rc cars, playing xbox, lots of things help me alot

I act stupid and I've had a lot of stress for the past year and so, I've been acting stupid.

I highly recommend meditation. Yoga is great, too.

Here's a simple guide to getting started with meditating on your own: link It's also good to do it with a group, but I usually do it by myself at home.

I also like the way Robert DeNiro's character in Analyze This said he dealt with stress: "I find the source of the stress, and I break his legs". No, not REALLY! But try the meditation. I think you'll like it.

bike ride. as it is winter, my stress level is high as well.

have sex
masturbate
read a book
throw a pillow around the room as though it were the person i hate
turn off the tv/iphone/laptop...get away from electronics that cause madness.

I've been exercising a lot. I go to the gym 5+ days a week and I'm doing a Couch-to-5K program at least twice a week.
I really need to get back into yoga though, as that's always been the best stress-buster for me.
