I don't think it's strictly related to age, people mature at different rates, and it's such a personal thing that I don't think you could set a specific best age for everyone. I don't think there's a "too old" to loose your virginity, but there definitely is a "too young."

I don't know the right answer for consent laws, it's a tricky subject. I was 20 when I lost my virginity, and I don't regret it.

I don't judge people for the age they decide to have sex.

I knew a male who was 13, I was 17.

I think it depends on the knowledge or wisdom you have. If you know everythin about contraception and STDs I think there is no limit exept the consensual.
