Thank God for my husband - I've felt lousy this week - laundry is washed and dried...just piled up on the bed. So I need to go do that and unload and reload the dishwasher.

But I'd rather play here.

Oh and I really need to work on some reviews so I can get more points so I can get more stuff...(just got done submitting two articles to Eden Cafe).

Do you really need bread flour? That seems like a lot of gluten for a cake. I think just using all purpose flour and no cake flour should be fine.

I should be trying to get some sleep. But unfortunately I am going though a major bout of insomnia for the last week or so. 1 or 2 hours of sleep in the last 48 hours, before that it was 3 hours of sleep in 3 days.

Working! I've had friends over for the last few days because of my partner's birthday weekend so I haven't had a chance to sit down and work haha, but I just had a huge dinner and I don't feel like doing anything other than lounge around and cruise EF!
