Alabama is (last I checked) the only state in which is is completely illegal to sell sex toys.
Since that story happened in January, she may still be prosecuted, having been grandfathered in before the law was overturned. But yes. When I was in college, there were 4 states that was illegal, and now it's only 1, so at least we're making progress! Reply

Yes, thankfully, it is now legal to sell "phallic/realistic" sex toys. It was legal to sell others, as long as they didn't LOOK real. Plus, they were sold as NOVELTY only. There was one sex toy shop that sold some jelly dildos that I visited, and, to make it so they weren't breaking the law, they had taken out the insert in the packaging, and put a piece of paper in there that read "Unique Paper Weight"! LMAO It use to be "illegal" to own over 7 sex toys, otherwise, you were "possessing sex toys with intent to sell". Because, after all, who in the heck needs more than 7, right? LMAO! I was in severe violation of this particular law!! LOL

What concerns Texas, there's everything clear for me. They put a dildo-head to rule the country on the one hand, whereas on the other hand, they forget to make dildo toys legal for sale. Just another bunch of bureaucratic assholes with controversial laws and regulations.
