Well, it is Japan. I'm not saying they're the kinkiest country on the planet, but that their ways are different than ours.
My pseudo-brother spent a few years in Japan (got a wife and kids there too). He got me a gift from the Penis Festival. If it's the same as most Japanese sex establishments the girls would be washed between...ummm customers. They would be very clean. I saw another photo that had a giant penis fuzzed out - like how they do it on police videos, to protect identities and such. The problem was that, while the big penis was covered, there was a couple of dozen smaller penises in the shot that were clearly visible!
