While all the facial features contribute in some way, I believe the EYES captures me the most because they are the pathway to their heart and sole.

heh, all of the above.

The only things that turn me off on a girl's face are most piercings. Ears are ok, maybe the little one on the nose. Facial tattoos would also be a no-go for me.
