Have you tried erotic massage? The act of touching and stroking your partner brings the blood to the surface and increases the endorphins and hormones that make us feel aroused and more connected to our partners. If that doesn't work then you'll probably have to be a bit mroe direct and really discuss with him what gets your juices flowing and what you need for him to specifically do. Most lovers aren't mind readers and most actually want their partner to voice what they need or want.
Revisit what you do for him in regards to foreplay and let him know how you love to be sure he is getting the best you have to give and then slowly get into what you think would be awesome for you. Be gentle and avoid demanding language...this is a loving thing you are asking for!
