Yes! They have no right D:<
Would you be upset if your partner molested you in your sleep?

I dont think there are many who wouldnt.

Unless you have agreed to it FIRST ahead of time, this is assault, it is illegal, pure and simple.
I wouldn't mind my partner doing this IF we'd talked about it first (i.e. I gave a blanket permission for him to do that when I'm asleep, or "you can do that tonight", etc.). If he or she did it without my consent, it would be sexual assault and worthy of calling the police.

i agree here everyone else seems so weirded out by it but i told my man i would love for him to wake me up in a sexual manner...and most people think its ok(guys seem to think its awesome) to wake guys up in a sexual way so its kind of a double standard it seems

I'd be extremely pissed. how is that concensual in any way?

hahaha... my husband and I were hanging out *as friends* and I ended up sleeping over. I had kind of been hoping he would make a move on me, but he didn't. I tend to have some vivid sex dreams from time to time and had one that night... As the dream progressed, things started feeling very real and I woke up to his hand in my pants. Apparently he thought I could use a hand. It wasn't really creepy, it was actually pretty hot. And we've been an "item" ever since

I like it when my partner wakes me up by sexytimes. I don't think that's molesting though.

Upset?! I've asked for it, multiple times.

On its own the word "molest" really only means to pester or interfere with someone so as to cause annoyance, so I imagine that anyone would be upset by their partner doing that while they were trying to have a peaceful night's sleep.
What I assume you actually intended to ask in your question is "Would you be upset if your partner touched you sexually while you were asleep?" and in that case my answer would be no. If I'm in a relationship with someone then I expect a level of intimacy where those sort of boundaries wouldn't exist.

Heck no, I wouldn't be bothered! Are you kidding me?! LOL Molest me, please! She did in fact do this not long ago. I called her the Late Night Sex Attacker. Haha!
