My man dresses up for me, but it's not anything "sexy", per se; like a pirate, bandit, or Jedi. The sexy costumes they sell for men generally don't do it for me.

Fuck yes. Especially if that costume is a firefighters jacket and pants. DROOL. Just saying the words fire and fighter in the same sentence is likely to make me wet. Construction workers are also hot, though most of the ones I have met are also asses which is really unfortunate.

I feel like superhero costumes would be pretty big in general, but I feel like the quality of the stuff available would end up being a turnoff.

Me too, a uniform and not a character or creature. If he was dressed up as a plumber, police officer, or dirty construction worker...it would work for me, the dirtier the better
