I know sexting has been brought up before. Recently on a afternoon TV show, "The Doctors" it was featured. They said a report showed it lead to sexual interludes later that day.

They even gave examples of some phases to say.

Has anyone done this and reap the benefits later ?
Do you just use words or include pics ?

We mostly use words in our sexting. On rare occasions I will send an extra sexy pic with the text

we use sexting when he can't call and whisper in my ear.
usually text but sometimes what we call puzzle pics...
shots of different parts to be puzzled together..
and texts of what to do with pictured parts

I enjoy sexting - my wife tolerates it. We both Android phones and throw in a lot of emoticons to make it fun.
