its seems like its always the same people and that new comers don't get the same chances that the veterns get here

I have to disagree that it's always the same people, I have noticed and gotten to know quite a few new people from reading rumble nominated reviews.

I've been gone for awhile and I'm not sure my opinion matters... But I think the rumble is a fun way for us to give props to one another for great reviews. This being said, I think that it would be far more fun if there were more new folks reviews included. But then again, we do provide the reviews we want included in the rumble. Maybe we could have a special place on the forum for newcomers to say:
"Hey, I'm new and I know you don't know me, or follow me, or regularly read my reviews, but I wrote this(provide URL) review and I think it's awesome, maybe even rumble worthy. If you don't agree leave me comment and tell me how to make my reviews better in the future."

The rumble shouldn't be a popularity contest- we just need the new faces to get more exposure. Then they have a chance at getting nominated too. Just a thought.

I think this would be a great idea. Having 2 or 3 rumbles. But instead of having them for non-advanced and advanced, one for those with a rank of 5 or lower, one for those between 5 and 7, and one for 7 or higher(just an example). That way, new faces would get some exposure.

The rumble is a cool way to build community and meet new faces. Oh wow, I've never heard of (insert the name of a new edenite), wow they have an awesome review here, oh wow they have more awesome reviews, I'ma follow this girl or guy.

I know this was already mentioned in the thread, but I think the poll for Rumbles should be changed so that it doesn't show how many votes there are for each review. However, it seems like it's a coding issue that isn't going to be high priority for EF

I like the rumble but I have had a hard time finding it.
