How did you become an advanced reviewer? :)

I became an advanced reviewer by being voted in. (Then I requested mentors later when I found things I had more trouble reviewing.)

I was voted in by other advanced reviewers on my second review.

I got voted in but I did the mentor program as well. Now I'm a mentor myself.

I went through the mentor program with Alan & Michelle. Then after I graduated and had done a number of reviews and wanted to move into lingerie - I went through the mentor program with Sam since she does lots of lingerie reviews.

Now that I'm moving into doing dildo reviews I'm being mentored by Kindred since I saw there was a lot I could learn from him.

At some point - I hope to be mentored by Antipova because I think she has a lot I could learn too.

I wrote my own reviews then requested an upgrade and was voted in. I've only been here a little over a month and have improved alot in my opinion. My first handful of reviews were short and I was a little uncomfortable and new to toys. I've warmed up a lot but my fiance still laughs at me because I really only feel comfortable using the "proper" terms for things such as vagina and penis instead of other names they have, lol. I did use one term I don't like at all because I wanted the first letters of the words in my title to all be the same, I don't know...I'm weird. A week or so ago I had a mentor for a few of my reviews just to see if she had any suggestions or thought I needed to change things. I want to write a lot but sometimes the words just aren't there or something wasn't to my liking so it's hard to write a longer review.

I've been reviewing for almost 5 years, so I think when they upgraded EdenFantasys to how it is now, I automatically got upgraded to advanced reviewer.

I joined Eden when I wrote my first toy review for them. I had written reviews for everything from kids' amusement parks, to books to sex toys. But, Eden had more feedback than anyone else. I didn't even KNOW there were free toys!

I did 8 reviews before I asked to become an Advanced Reviewer. I felt like I needed to earn the distinction. I never used the Mentor program, although it's great, I knew how to write fairly well and felt like I knew what Eden was looking for.

But, I was doing reviews for Eden for two months before I ever asked to be an Advanced Reviewer.

I was voted, but I had no clue about the mentoring program, otherwise I would of done that.

I was voted in. I have had 25+ years of experience with writing and editing, so I never went through the mentor program.

I submitted three reviews and asked to be approved as an advanced reviewer. After a few days, I had enough votes.

When I signed up on Eden, there was no mentor program, so I was voted in.

I was voted in. Totally wasn't expecting to be either.

I went through the Mentor program. I highly recommend it!

I was voted in, I went through the mentor program twice afterwards though.

I am not one so far.

I became an advanced reviewer waaaaay back in the day when there were (I think) monthly voting sessions held to determine who would make the cut! Wow...Seems like such a long time ago now.
