hi all,

After my first review i had a 3.9... since then I have commented on other people's reviews and rated reviews and such, and there has been no change in my ranking! I know that the breakdown indicates that these actions only contribute a small percentage to my ranking, but what gives?!

Haha, they're a VERY small percentage! I've only seen someone's ranking go up without writing more reviews if they've posted a LOT of great discussions in the forums and/or if the people of a similar rank all get downvoted. You have to write more reviews and get good votes!
