Is it ever ok to put in your request for a free assignment a few days early? Are they ever accepted a few days early? Or pretty much exactly one month from the time the last one was..requested?Shipped ?Delivered?

It won't allow you to do it early. It will say you're not eligible until X date. So yes, exactly one month from the day the last assignment shipped.
