Try not to overwhelm the poor girl. Baby steps and communication, especially for anal! To start with anal, I would recommend a butt plug. But TALK TO HER FIRST!
Use the plug with lots of lube and it will stretch the ass so that it is more accepting and doesn't hurt as you graduate to larger toys and eventually a penis.

Anal play takes patience and gradual progression, if you want it to be pleasurable. The ass isn't exactly made for anal sex. It needs to be trained and gradually coaxed to it.
So, completely agree with the couple, start slow, get a small plug and a loooot of lube.
