make sure to use plenty of lube and if needed clean yourself out up there. a finger is a good place to start. when you go to use your first toy take it nice and slow, if you take your time and do it right it will be something that you will enjoy vs doing something too fast and it being painful.

Use a good lube and try to relax. Take your time, do not rush. Also start small, I like the BootyBeads or try something similar.
