The size and shape suggest "dildo" to me. Especially when I look at the photographs of the different angles and the video review on the product page. I imagine it would be okay to use anally if you were very careful, but it's not really a plug. I don't know how easily those bulbs would slip in, but I wouldn't take my chances - best to keep a hand on it!

If this was a butt plug, most likely it would have a flared base...things are not as easy to retrieve in the derriere than it is from the front end.

Size wise I'd say dildo but it is shaped a little like a plug as well. That said I have seen "juicer" style dildos be called butt plugs so I think it is a matter of perception sometimes.
