Well, if it doesn't have a base, it's going to be hard to bounce on and have it stay in place. You can try to insert it and then bounce on it once it's already inserted. But like I said, since it doesn't have a base, it's going to be very difficult to bounce on top of.

Depending on what material it's made out of, I'd be careful about attempting to bounce on it as well - the material may rip.

Either way, I'd recommend you splurge for a small anal plug if you want something to bounce on. To bounce on it, you really need a base.
