It's easier in that the tubing is wider and there is one less piece to attach (DJ one you attach the tube to the squeezer and then the other end to the cock, which falls off a lot)... But there's no way to sterilize either of them completely.

It's rubber, so the toy is made of a porous material that can't be sterilized. I'd probably clean the inside by squirting liquid soap solution through it, but not sure how well that would work.
