Blah. It's fun to vote in my own polls.
Anyway, I find that I like everything up to the mostly-realistic toys, but once you get into the extreme details, like blue-tinted veins and pinkish heads, it's a bit too much for me.

I prefer the different shapes of non-realistic toys. If I am using a somewhat realistic shape, I like them to be in different colours. Skin toned toys aren't very attractive IMO.

I prefer toys that are as unrealistic as possible. Insertable toys are always phallic, of course, but I'm a lesbian who doesn't like penises, fake or real, in her bed, so as non-real as practicable given the purpose. Definitely won't buy or use anything with veins or skin-colored. A pronounced head is appreciated for sensation but I prefer it to look as little like an actual penis head as possible. Anything with balls is a definite no.

I usually don't like them realistic at all... But sometimes I do get in the mood for them to be more realistic but not super realistic. Not the actual pigment skin type toys. Just the shape ish.

I prefer non-realistic, but it ultimately boils down to the sensations that matter more for me. With that said, realistics usually have nice textures.
