May have ordered too big! Suggestions for others and starters?

So I am new to the whole toy thing. I just ordered 2 glass ones and now I am afraid I ordered too big! I ordered the glass Rainbow nubby heart one and the glass double dare. They arrive on Wednesday. After reading information on the forum and more reviews I am afraid they are going to be too large for starters. What would be your suggestion for starters?

Thanks!!

I would hold on to the Double Dare and work up to it, the rainbow nubby I don't recall as being as big (though I could be wrong). Just go slow and use all the lube you need the first time. You may find that it's not as big as you think.

I'm petite when it comes to toys and I think the rainbow nubby is a nice small size. Although the glass double dare might be way too huge for my liking.

I don't think the rainbow nubby will be too much as far as girth goes, but may texture wise. I always recommend the Swell wand, Wave wand, or the Icicles No.8 as a first. They are petite and simple. They have enough texture for someone who is texture sensitive to not notice, but still enough to be amazing for those who are more advanced.

I am a total girth wimp, and I could NEVER use the double dare. I also hate rigid materials hahaha. On the other hand, I have a newbie friend who is a total size queen! If you don't like the texture or size don't give up on toys, though. If they're too large or too textured try something smaller/smoother/softe r! They were on sale, so even if you don't like them you saved some money that could still be put towards something else.

Thanks for the info! I figure eventually they will get used hehe I think I am going to order a realistic one too, so I can try the hard and the not so hard.
