Most of your questions about shipping are covered under their help section. All their toys are silicone and can be boiled (though I'm not sure if cumtubes need to be removed, should you order one).

I would highly recommend getting the tester discs, since it's a little hard to truly appreciate the firmness unless you feel it. But just to give you an idea I had a Werewolf in the 5 (medium) firmness that actually reminded my a lot of VixSkin - soft but not floppy, though it wasn't dual-density. The 3 is probably similar to Super Soft silicone. No clue about the 8 - I haven't yet come across a toy that felt similar.

I have a soft (3) Razor. I have no idea what to compare it too, since the only non-bd dildo i own is as firm as a table leg. But the soft is very, very squishy. Uhmm.. I'd kind of compare it to squeezing a peeled banana in your hand, but having it retain its shape? It almost has the ability to stretch, and bounce back, it's that soft.

I also have a medium (5) gryphon, which is a much preferable squish factor. it has a little bit of give. Kind of like making a fist, and squeezing it, about that much give; but squishy enough to not bruise you.

Sorry I'm late, but I think I can help. I have two BD toys which are both 8 firmness I believe. If I had to rate the firmness on a scale of 1-10 though, I would say they're about a 6 or a 7. Not too squishy, and definitely able to hold their own with some rough play.

To answer other questions:

Q: Are all toys made of silicone and boilable?
A: They are made of silicone, and it is highly recommended that you boil them before first use, or regularly if you want to. Cumtubes are also fine to boil.

Q: Can you pay via credit card?
A: Yup.

Q: How discreet is the box?
A: It is VERY discreet. Like honestly the most discreet thing I've ever seen in my life. (Even down to the perfect details) No one would ever know the horrors contained inside! Beautiful!

Q: How does it appear on a credit card statement?
A: I think it comes up as Bad Dragon Enterprises, or maybe BD Enterprises, one of those.

Q: How much does standard shipping cost?
A: It depends how fast you want it to your house. If you choose the overnight shipping it's obviously going to be more. I chose the cheapest one I think, which was around $12, and it took about 3-4 days to be shipped.(depends on where you live of course)

Q: How long does it take to arrive?
A: Ok, this one depends on what kind of toy you bought. If you ordered a "Made to Order" one, it's going to take over a month, depending on size and stuff. It needs to sit through a waiting like basically, then it needs to be actually made, then shipped. My made to order took almost two months to get here, which apparently is longer then average. If you bought one of the ones that they've already made, but weren't able to sell, like a flop or something, it skips the Manufacturing Que, and they just mail it right to you.

Also, I think the "Suprise Me" color causes the toy to be a random color that they just have excess of. It could even be one of the colors that they normally charge extra for!
