I LOVE when my guy gets me underwear because I LOVE underwear. I do prefer when I get to pick it out though, as it helps me know I will in fact look great in it as my boobs are rather large and as everyone here knows, even if you get the *right* size, it may not fit you the way you want it too lol

I think it's awesome. My girlfriend absolutely loves it. It is in a sense a gift for the guy, but it works both ways. We like to see her in what we get her, and she loves knowing that we think she looks amazing in what we picked out. As others have said, she has no worries of looking sexy in what a guy picks out, after all, the guy picked it out because he thought it was sexy. Just a guys opinion on that.

I think it's a great gift if you know her taste in lingerie and you are SURE you know her size. I've been disappointed before when a boyfriend bought me an outfit that was too small and not a style I liked. I felt obligated to wear it because he was so excited about it, but it just made me feel big and unsexy. A different time I have received a piece on lingerie that fit and was a nice looking piece and I loved it as a gift. So maybe ask for some hints about what sort of style she likes.

I don't know if the poll was intended for women, so I didn't vote, but I get my girlfriend lingerie all the time! Well, on actual gift-giving occasions, I mean. I know her size, and she shows me stuff that she likes, so I go from there, and incorporate a little bit of what I like, and it's all good! I'm actually sitting on an order of stuff that came in that I'm waiting to give her for our anniversary.
