It is a completely green material because like people have mentioned before it is a renewable resource.

Well, wood is a renewable resource so it would be considered green. I don't think I would buy it, but who knows how I'll feel in the future.

NobEssence uses their own trees from their farms for their toys. Wood is biodegradable as well, totally green toy!

Yes it's green. I don't know anyone with specific wood toys though. I did see a girl use a broom handle one time.

it isn't fully renewable, but much better than plastic and rubber. sex toys are really not an ecologically friendly industry.

I don't think it's green if trees are killed just to make it. If it could be recycled I suppose that's the lesser evil but most people wouldn't think to recycle a wooden sex toy. And what would it be recycled into?

I think any toys nowadays can be explained as green toy. It's really just more of a marketing strategy than anything nowadays.

So long as they plant trees to replace what they use, it works.

You cannot make something out of nothing. Every toy comes from somewhere. However, wood is renewable. If it bothers you, every time you buy a wood toy you should plant a tree of the same kind of wood.
