If it's not getting in the way or making things more difficult, then I keep it on. If we keep having to adjust/move it to keep from damaging it, then it comes off (and usually isn't worn again).

Unless it's some serious corseting, which is normally pretty sturdy and takes too damn long to get off anyway, thing come off for sex as a rule. In my house, pretty outfits are for foreplay only!
I usually leave mine on unless my hubby decides he wants it off. I do not even bother with underwear while wearing lingerie. It gets in the way, and they are just gonna be taken off.
