According to the info it doesn't but it wouldn't be terribly hard to toss a plain pair of white thigh highs in with it in the cart and just make a red satin bow and sew it on the band yourself.

No it doesn't come with the stockings or the petticoat.

Those come in red or white. I like the white ones but you might be able to pull the red off with this outfit.

I was thinking about getting the thigh highs with the red bows and little red hearts but I'm fashion stupid and couldn't decide if it looked ok or not.
