L-Arginine and STI / STDs?
Does anyone have any information on L-Arginine and whether it causes herpes outbreaks in people already infected with the virus?

L-Arginine does not *cause* herpes. An imbalance, where Arginine is greater is greater than Lysine, creates a habitat for for herpes, at least the cold sore variety. Both naturally occur in food, and both have their own nutritional values.
