Because it's meant to be a knock off of another "nameless" product, I would imagine so. It has a bumpy texture on the inside and you can use it with or without the vibrating bullet.

We got this as our first Fleshlight type tool. It's decent but the actual Fleshlights are nicer. Also the vibrations are weak, near worthless.
