I've actually bought books for my self and even a couple well known, well researched factual books for my younger sibling to keep them from relying on random sites online like many teens do now a days. Some sites try to post information that has no basis in fact so I always watch for good sources of information. I actually appreciate this site for all the information and points of view it gives on products and if I were to give my sibling a site to explore toys this would be it.

The only problem is that the information in books can get outdated very easily. Many that I've read that I've read have been behind the times on toy information in terms of materials, safety, what there actually is out there..

I absolutely agree. I love books. Reading to me was a great gift my folks gave me growing up, and I am making sure to pass it on. You never know what you can learn from a good book, whether it is about sex or not.
