Candle wax can be very sensual and very versatile. Depending on the melting point and type of the wax can range from pleasurably warm to intensely hot to burning. It's important to know what type of wax you're using and what the melting point is and to know about allergies or sensitivities of yourself/your partner before applying wax. Massage candles are a great place to start. The prayer candles sold in 99 cent stores also have a very low melting point and are usually safe for beginners. Do your research. Be safe, sane, consensual and risk aware!
