What do you mean dries you out? I've never had this problem, so I'm not sure how to help. Maybe it's something in the lubricant you're using? Try a different one and see if there's any difference.

Maybe the lube absorbs quickly and you need to reapply it more often?

Sometimes that happens to me. Either I'm just not that in to it or I'm using one of my lesser quality lubes. Switch it up.
