Please don't mind the ignorance, I'm still learning here. I was wondering if massage oil could be used with a silicone toy to massage each others bodies (not genitals).

Oils shouldn't be paired with condoms, in general. some people also wouldn't use oils vaginally because it can block pores and such. However, massage oils and oil-based lubes should be compatible with a 100% silicone toy.
