What exactly are the duotone balls made up of. I can't tell by texture alone and I want to give an accurate review. Thanks ahead of time

According to Topco's product page, "Vibe and balls are waterproof and phthalate free" link

Beyond that, I can't find any information about what they're made of, either. Try contacting the Admin or even Topco for more information about materials. Looking forward to that review!

From seeing them in local toy shops, they look like a rubber-based material.
