I think the Thousand Nights of Pleasure would work. Since the harness is adjustable and it suctions around the penis, a men could pull it tight to let his partner ride as hard as he or she wants. Reply

That might work, but I think starting with a simple PPA is a good idea- the suction part of the toy in question might end up being a nuisance. Something like the Penis Hard-on or Red Boy looks like a better bet... the straps on those toys look a little flimsy, so I would recommend also using a harness to hold them in place, like the men's harness by Aslan. For a cheaper start, he might be able to use something like the Latigo harness by removing the front panel and using an o-ring big enough to fit over the PPA. Reply
