I have looked every where to figure out how to use the "shocker" but can no figure it out. I don't know if its broke or it's just me. I hooked every thing together (all four pads) placed them where I wanted them and started messing with the buttons but nothing. I can't get it to do anything. Can some one help me? Is it me or is it broke?

Check the batteries, I had that issue with mine. Also reading reviews may help you with this. If you have tried all the buttons and nothing is happening you may need to send it back for a replacement
