I voted other because I don't consider the Tenga's or the Fleshlights sleeves. I previously tried a few sleeves and none of them were worth a darn. That changed when I got my first Fleshlight, and again with a Tenga Air. Both of those are much closer to actual intercourse than my hand. Mind you, my hand will always be there, and there are times that a quickie with the hand is all that I have time for, but if I have time to enjoy it then a Tenga or Fleshlight is the way to go for me.

I say sleeves... they are thin so I still feel my hand and can change the pressure and all that... so why not add some nubs or ribs? lol
