On my fiance, they just make him temporarily a little bigger. Once the pump comes off, he starts to shrink down a little. He says it feels good when he has the pump on, but not really amazing.

Well we tried one, and I don't know if maybe we just ordered a too cheap model or what. But it was horrible, couldn't figure out how to use it and it never worked when we thought we had it right!

Actually was given a brand new, SUPER EXPENSIVE medical one, as part of a trial study....of all kinds of medical gear. At the time I thought it was hilarious. I signed up to try blood pressure cuffs and Oxygen masks and ended up with a penis pump!!! However, it worked great...on a guy without any erectile issues to begin with, anyway (I was not even 28 at the time!!!!)

Ive never tried one but from what Ive heard they do the job good. It just depends on the person I guess.

I have heard that the Dr. Joel Kaplan one is the most effective.

Using a penis pump is like working out. Say you use the pump 3 times per week for 6 months you should see permanent results-- penis pumps are supposed to help you last longer, stay harder, and increase length by 1-3 inches; it also increases girth. Practice makes better?
