I don't know how well they'd work period. If it contacted the getter's clit that would be some stimulation, but for the most part I don't think it will vibrate the dildo much, and the giver is stuck behind the harness so it won't touch her.

Indeed, though silicone does carry vibrations pretty well

The Lovering doesn't vibrate, and all the other ones aren't silicone (not sure how they'd react to being in close contact with silicone). I'd think that a soft TPE toy wouldn't conduct the vibrations very well to a silicone toy, either.

You might want to look at a Vixen Creations vibrating dildo, since they have a vibrator pocket that's deep enough to keep the vibrator from poking the giver when it's mounted in a harness. Other brands might have deep pockets as well, but Vixen is the one I've come across so far.

Just found this one the other day, it might work pretty good.



Basically it is an egg with an elastic strap that has Velcro to secure it. Most eggs have better vibes than C-rings.
