OK, so you make a cover that securely attaches to the base. Then for guys you make a small foam block that has a hole for a Fleshlight or something similar. For the gal's you provide a simple O-ring attachment for a harness dildo. Both could be used with a heavy duty Velcro to make them adjustable.

Talk about hands free fun, plus you get a workout at the same time.
