Eh, there are no products that do a great job of simulating oral sex unfortunately...

Yes, it really does feel like a real tongue, especially when using lube you've warmed up or when having a partner hold the toy for you. I will warn you now that it is VERY loud on the highest setting and it is also very heavy (the weight you can reduce by buying an ac adapter).

Although I'm still dying to try it, I would only recommend Sqweel for simulating oral! I haven't got to try it yet, but I think about it everyday and can't wait to get one, but I hear that it's the next best thing! Definitely worth trying out!
