First night we had it the drive shaft broke. With a "No Returns" policy we are out $$. Anyone else have the drive shaft also break.

Nope. Mine works fine. So sorry that happened to you. =[ Honestly, I don't like this toy anyway because it didn't work for me so I feel like I've wasted my money too.

Mine broke, but I had it for a year or two before it happened. It made me sad

Sorry to hear that! The drive shaft on mine broke as well. Not on the first use, but it does seem to be rather delicate.
