Do all clitoral vibrators make your hand go numb?

None of mine have so far but my fab clit vibe right now is the clit hummer which is longer so my hand isn't right on the vibrating head.

Rumblier toys made of soft materials dont - well, not so much. Try silicone, or jelly (I know its not considered chick or safe but bot all jelly is dangerous, especially if you do not penetrate.) Anyway, soft conducts vibrations to your hand less.
Also you could try a butterflystrapon that you can let go

Buzzy vibes make my hand go numb, but rumbly vibes don't.

Good point about the softness of a material. I might try a completely silicone vibrator by Jopen in the future.

Is hand numbness a typical thing or do you think it's just the Bliss vibrator?
My wife's best all time favorite toy does not numb her hand or clit. It is the Eroscillator 2 deluxe with the grapes attachment.

It might have to do with how long you use it...

Alot of clit vibes will cause numbness, more so on the higher settings. Also wand massagers can cause your wrist to go numb too.

Yes if my hands are too close they get numb from the strong vibrations.

I've had this happen before with cheap, buzzy toys. But most of them, no.

It depends on the toy and how much pressure I'm applying. I have the Mystic Wand and the Lelo, and neither make my hand tingle unless I'm using them for an extraordinarily long time.
