I have a similar one and to be honest I just don't feel it that much. Does it make that much of a difference for anyone else?

Do most people get much from the rotating beads?
I had one rabbit with free-moving "pearls" and one with attached beads (they were places like on this one). The free-moving beads got stuck and didn't feel all that great. The second model was way more fun. Shame the body was made of a crappy jelly material that got bulges and turned sticky. If I find a way to order from EF (they don't ship to Poland) I will get the Hustler one. It's TPR so it won't disintegrate.
