I have been looking at the Mimi and the Mimi generation I. I really don't know what the difference is except price. Do you know what the difference is? And if so let me know what you think. And I'm super excited to see what the new Mimi will be like!!

The new one has three buttons, a + and a - as well as a pattern button in the middle. You can switch patterns by pressing the middle button and use the other two to control the speed.
It also is supposed to not have the bubbling issue.
I have the new one but haven't have the chance to use it yet because of mother nature.

The Mimi Generation 1 is the older version and only has two buttons (+ and -). The Mimi is a newer version and also has a pattern button and is rumored to be stronger.

From what I hear the newer mimi has better adhesive holding the silicone outter layer to the plastic toy itself and also features a few new functions as well as a dedicated function button. I have the first generation and have had no issues with it so far.

I've heard about the adhesive, too, but it sounds like the bubbling problem persists with the second generation. So I dunno.
