Not here unfortunately, I've only ever seen them on hard fetish store websites. They're usually intensely expensive, and it depends on which one you get, some are crap, some are awesome! Maybe do a google search and compare a few?

A sybian is of course incredibly expensive: $1500 or somenthing like that.
But there are cheaper ones at amazon that are just penetrating ones, they are about $250 but they don't look very high quality.

we owned a sybian for a bit less than a month. my wife did not like it that much. i suspect a thrusting type machine would have been better. we returned it and got most our money back.

Yes, it's inflatable. But I don't know if it fits any anatomy. I do have my doubts...
