I own both and think it really depends on what you want from a vibrator.

If you want to get off in three minutes or less and are ok with the noise of a jet engine taking off from your bed. Go Hitachi! The Hitachi is incredibly strong and can produce (or force) multiple orgasms. Although it is crazy strong, the vibrations are buzzy.

If you want something a little more discrete with rumbly vibrations. Go Wahl! Although both settings are strong, the low is buzzy and the high is rumbly. The Wahl won't numb your lady parts and allows you to take your time and enjoy the process.

I prefer the Wahl if I have a bit of time, but if I just need to rub one out, Hitachi. Buy both, start with the Wahl. Good luck : )

Both are great, but I do prefer the Hitachi. I've had one for a long time.

I've added several silicone attachments for internal use and Liberator cushions for hands free use.

Though I have neither, I say the Hitachi. It's THE granddaddy of all sex toys. I've only seen few bad reviews on it, and there's a reason it hasn't changed much since it was first released all those years ago.

(Then again, I might be a tad biased, seeing as I'm saving up for the Hitachi.)
