Update: I've had to send my Life in for repair/replacement. My Fresh is still doing fine, but the Life, my favorite, seemed to have a disagreement with the charger, and won't charge any more. Customer service has been very nice. It was a shock to have to pay for the warranty and then to ship the little darling to Canada, but as far as I'm concerned it's worth it. Nothing else in my toy box is like the Life. I just wish that there were loaner units while one waits for the repair, as with cars...
